5 Fold Consulting offers a variety of competency based training programs designed to enhance personal and professional skills.
Our courses are designed to be interactive and hands on and incorporate adult learning principles and multiple learning methods. Activities include: Lecturettes, small and large group discussions, case studies tailored to your organization, simulations, video, assessments, and personal/group action planning.
Our facilitators have dynamic and engaging facilitation styles that encourage full participation and lively discussion. They have facilitated groups ranging from 3 to over 100 participants; from all organizational levels in the U.S. and internationally and for diverse organizations including: local/federal government, education, for and not-for-profit, hospitality, communications, technology and science.
Our courses can be tailored to meet your organization’s specific needs. We will work with you to determine the skills, content and design that best meets your needs. Course length ranges from 4 hours to 3 days.
Course follow-up sessions, one-on-one and/or group skills coaching are also available for all of our courses.
