Nathalie Thompson is a certified associated career coach (http://www.careercoachinstitute.com), certified professional  résumé writer and certified professional interview coach. As a volunteer she currently delivers career training for Fairfax County’s SkillSource. 

From 2006 - 2010 she delivered outplacement training for Right Management Consultants –the largest outplacement company in the U.S.  She also co-led an outplacement center for Right Management that was used by more than 300 AOL employees.
