Giving and Receiving Feedback

Part of both the Management Excellence Series.  This module can be taught as a standalone session or combined with other modules to meet your organization's needs.

Successful completion of this course will increase your knowledge and ability to: 

¨       State the benefits of giving and asking for feedback.
¨       Describe 4 types of feedback.
¨       State and define 7 steps in the feedback model.
¨       Demonstrate giving behavioral feedback and providing Alternative, Positive, Behaviors (APB's).
